Another great result achieved by our team in this extremely difficult market. We were able to secure lovely tenants - a young family who are looking forward to make the move to their new house. The leasing and property takeover will be in line with the stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne with a contact less handover with the tenants moving in next week.

Leasing properties has never been more difficult than under the current stage 4 restrictions in Victoria but proud to note that we have so far leased two properties this week:

🏡 21 Chaparral Street, Wyndham Vale
🏡 7 Pear Street, Wyndham Vale

With no private inspections and limited access to the office it's been a quite a challenge to achieve contact less key collections and lease sign ups. But we are surely learning to adapt and grow with the changing times as is everyone else.

LEASED: the most used word at Black and White Real Estate this past week. We have been leasing properties quicker than we get leased stickers on our boards!

All thanks to our Property Management team for their hardwork and team work in achieving our clients goals in this difficult market. What's better we are not compromising on the quality of the tenants we place at our properties. Just plain and simple hard work, following up on every single enquiry that comes through to the office, working with the applicants to get the information that we need and then screening applications and referring them to owners for a decision in a quick and timely manner!
