We begin following up with tenants from the first day they are behind, maintaining communication, working towards a solution, and keeping landlords updated throughout the process.

If arrears continue, a termination notice may be issued after the required timeframe, giving the tenant the opportunity to either:

- Pay the outstanding arrears in full
- Arrange an approved payment plan
- End the tenancy
