This one was quite the story.

Having tried (unsuccessfully) to sell in 2021 and again in 2022 with no luck, Linda and Paul reached out to us to sell their beautiful home of 19 years. With no marketing involved whatsoever and just two weeks to get the job done, we rose to the occasion and sold it in 5 days!

“Daniel Campbell and Jason Conroy recently sold our home in Willoughby off market. Their service could not be faulted. Both Daniel and Jason have kept in touch over the past 18 months to update us on sales in the Willoughby/Artarmon area. When we decided to sell, we wanted to try to do so off market, and we turned to them for advice. They were honest about price expectations and what current buyers were looking for in our area. There was no pressure to sign with them, but we decided that a two-week off market listing with Di Jones was worth a try.

Daniel and Jason offered sage advice on what aspects of the house needed attention before open inspection. We truly felt that we were working as a team to get the best outcome.
