PROJECT UPDATE: Civil works are now well underway at Olympia Estate, Torrington (Toowoomba). Olympia Estate will bring 150 new residential lots to market for Queenslanders. On behalf of our client HF Capital, Rhodeland continues to lead delivery of the project as Development Manager and Superintendent.

A big thank you to the entire project team for getting this project to where it is today.

Rhodeland Group are thrilled to welcome Lachlan Bloomfield to the team as our new Senior Project Manager.
With more than 17 years' experience across the commercial construction industry in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, Lachlan brings a wealth of hands-on expertise. His career has progressed from Carpenter Apprentice through to senior Site Manager and Commercial Project Manager roles, delivering projects across the commercial, education, health, retail and resources sectors.
Lachlan's extensive experience in construction programming, subcontractor management, procurement, budgeting and project delivery makes him a valuable addition to our Project Delivery team. His trade background, combined with senior leadership experience, provides a practical understanding of both site operations and commercial outcomes.

We're excited to have Lachlan on board as we continue to grow our Project Delivery capability and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

From initial site investigations through to occupancy, Rhodeland Group is pleased to welcome Vulcan (ASX: VSL) into their new Toowoomba facility.

Engaged from project inception, Rhodeland provided Development Management, Project Management and Superintendent services, guiding the project through tenant negotiations, approvals, construction and final handover.

We are pleased to announce that ground has now been broken on site at Glenvale – an exciting 24-lot residential subdivision that will deliver much-needed housing supply to this growing part of Toowoomba.

This marks a significant milestone for the project, with bulk earthworks and road boxing now largely complete. The team will shortly transition into retaining works and the installation of key servicing infrastructure over the coming weeks.

Acting as Development Manager on behalf of our valued client, we acknowledge the strong efforts of the project team in bringing the project to this point and look forward to maintaining momentum as construction progresses.

It was great to see our very own Richard Wilke join the panel discussion alongside Mayor Geoff McDonald, Yossi Vagg and Tim Ford at Business at dusk, hosted by the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce.

Presented by LJ Ho**er Commercial Toowoomba and Feed Central, the evening provided valuable insights into the new industrial land development Charlton Central and the important role it will play in supporting the next wave of growth across the region.

Discussions throughout the evening highlighted the scale of opportunity emerging in Toowoomba - from strategic infrastructure and freight connectivity to the increasing level of private investment flowing into the region. Toowoomba continues to demonstrate why it is an outstanding place to live, work and invest.

This purpose-built facility will soon be the new home of Richley Group's Equipment Hire Business, due for opening in 2026.

Rhodeland Group is proud to announce the expansion of Vulcan (ASX: VSL) into Toowoomba. Acting on behalf of the landowner, Rhodeland is pleased to confirm that the head contractor Hutchinson Builders has commenced construction on site.

This tenant-led requirement was introduced to the market in 2024 by ResolveXO, with Rhodeland working alongside Colliers Toowoomba to secure a new site for Vulcan. Since taking on the role of Development Manager and Superintendent, Rhodeland has worked closely with Hutchinson Builders to progress detailed design and secure the Development Approval with Toowoomba Regional Council. The new facility will mark Vulcan Steel’s first site in Toowoomba, joining their extensive network of 70+ branches across Australia and New Zealand.
