New Home. Water damage to ceiling during construction causing mould growth. Builder refused to remove damaged plaster, instead sprayed with domestic grade Exit Mould then patched and repainted the ceiling.

This is what confronted me on a recent Quality Control Inspection of a new home. Would you be happy with your Builder treating your windows like this. The builder would have installed this window but is now being made to replace it.
