✨ LANDLORD FAQ | Can I switch Property Managers during a tenancy?
Absolutely. Having a tenant in place doesn’t mean you have to stay with your current Property Manager until the tenancy ends.
You can change Property Managers while your tenant remains in the property. The process, notice periods and any requirements will depend on the terms of your current management agreement and the regulations that apply in your state or territory.
Changing managers doesn’t have to mean added stress for you or your tenant either. Your new Property Management team can help coordinate the handover of documents, keys and tenancy information to make the transition as seamless as possible.
Sometimes, the hardest part of changing Property Managers is simply making the phone call. From there, our Stone Property Management team can guide you through the process and help take care of the transition.
If you’ve been considering a change, speak with your local Stone team to find out what’s involved.
Your investment deserves management you feel confident in.
