Just a surveyor and his tools completing a rural subdivision on a steep block in Wodonga. We beat the rain and were able to cross the small creek reasonably easily with dry feet. After the rain the creek rose about 1.2m for a short period as all the rain from the hills filtered into the creek.

Often in the survey industry the most over looked part of the job is checking all your gear.
We often at times get so caught up in delivering projects that we don’t allocate time to calibrate everything.
You can have all the best gear with high accuracy but it means nothing if your tribrachs and poles aren’t level.
Here one of team members is checking all our bubbles against the total station as well as the optical plummets.
