Balgownie has seen a number of new listings come to market over the past few weeks, along with some strong sale results that continue to highlight the suburb's appeal to buyers. While there has also been activity across the surrounding suburbs, the overall market has been a little quieter on the listing front, resulting in limited stock available for buyers to choose from.
