We were selected as finalists for the SCA Awards. Although we didn’t win this time to be a finalist and come in second was a win for our boutique agency, We had a great time on the night at this special event for our industry. Thank you to my great team at Wollongong Strata who made it such a special night. Shout out to the team members who couldn’t make it .

Wollongong Strata’s contractors appreciation night last night was a big success. Thank you so much to all the tradies that come out. Covid didn’t dampen the spirits of everyone that come along. It was lovely to meet the partners of the contractors that work so hard in keeping our Owners Corporations buildings running smoothly. Thanks again everyone. Looking forward to seeing you all again for next years event.

Congratulations Ceilidh-James McEwan for your 1 year anniversary with Wollongong Strata, Ceilidh has excelled in leaps and bounds since joining our team, from starting in our administration department to recently commencing as a junior Strata Manager. Ceilidh has been a pleasure to work with over the past year. Her thirst for knowledge has been exemplary. We are excited to see Ceilidh continue to strive and grow with us.

We are hiring!! Yes if you are an experienced Strata Manager and want a new start for the new year then give us a call! We are a boutique office with a fun team and friendly, positive attitude to helping each other and caring for our clients.
At least 2 years experience as a Strata Manager and knowledge in Stratamax software would be an advantage. Property Managers are encouraged to apply if your looking for a career change into Strata Management. Role will commence in February 2022

We are very happy to announce we have now moved into our new office located at 1/261 Princes Highway Corrimal. Although we are currently not open to the public due to the pandemic, we are still working hard looking after all our Owners Corporations. A big thank you to all involved in the move.
