Today started like any other day. I went to work, got through the usual, and honestly didn’t expect anything like this when I got home.
The most beautiful flowers I’ve ever received, and easily the biggest!!

What makes it even more special is that this isn’t a one-off. Every year my partner quietly sets himself a challenge to go bigger than the year before, and every year he somehow pulls it off. It’s not really about the size of the bouquet though. It’s the thought, the effort, and the fact that he never lets my birthday pass without making me feel completely loved, celebrated and very special!

Thank you for always showing up, for the little traditions that mean so much, and for making a normal workday feel like the best day of the year.

Four days. That’s how long it took from first consult to accepted offer, on a home they love, for less than they expected.

After two months of going it alone, weekends lost to inspections, and offers that went nowhere, this couple came to us a little hesitant, a little exhausted, and not sure a buyer’s agent was worth it on a first home budget.
