Last Wednesday, Colliers Wollongong joined Business Illawarra for the launch of our 2026 Commercial Investment Report.

We had a fantastic turnout for the breakfast event at the Innovation Campus, bringing together members of the local property and business community to hear from Taleah Thomas, Colliers Wollongong and Coralie McCarthy, from Business Illawarra as they shared their findings and perspectives on the current market.

The research provides insight into commercial investment activity across Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama, including transaction volumes, purchaser behaviour, yields and the broader factors influencing investment across the region.
