This is one of those stories I love about real estate. 🙏🏼

I first met Yvonne while I was in her street. She was heading out for a rare Subway run to grab some dinner when we got chatting. As it turned out, she was getting ready to sell the much loved home she had built with her late husband back in 1999.

What started as a quick chat turned into nearly 30 minutes standing in her driveway. The sun went down, the street lights came on, and we were still talking.
