I honestly can’t recommend Erin, Mia and the team at McNeice Real Estate highly enough.
From the first time I met Erin, what stood out to me was how genuinely down to earth she was – something I’ve found can be pretty rare in real estate. She took the time to understand what we wanted and found us an amazing tenant. You can tell she genuinely wants to find the right tenant for the property rather than simply fill it.
And then there’s Mia. She has been absolutely amazing. The level of care she shows towards our property is something you don’t come across often. She treats it as though it were her own, takes initiative without needing to be asked, notices the little things and is always willing to go that extra step. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and knowing she is looking after our property gives us so much peace of mind.
We own a few investment properties and unfortunately our experience with other real estates hasn’t always been positive. Our last property was left absolutely destroyed by tenants and it took us months to repair everything and get it back to a point where it could be leased again. After going through something like that, you realise just how important it is to have a property manager who is genuinely looking out for your property.
