It's been a while since we posted here—we've been busy with a variety of projects including this 16-lot subdivision which was recently approved by Brisbane City Council.

We're very pleased with this outcome for our clients:

✅ Excellent yield (exceeding typical allowances)
✅ Quality lots with wide frontages and desirable aspect
✅ Minimal civil requirements
✅ Sailed through Council with minimal issues.

Gateway has obtained development approval for an infill subdivision of 16 lots in Bracken Ridge.

Gateway has obtained approval for a small lot subdivision in the Character residential zone—requiring impact assessment for non-compliant lot size.

✅ Approved! We recently obtained DA approval from Brisbane City Council for a 12-lot subdivision in Wacol.

This project had notable engineering complexities and ecological considerations.

Significant stormwater challenges were resolved with the project engineer to satisfy the Department of Transport and Main Roads (due to railway proximity).

Koala habitat adjoining a golf course at the rear will be protected and rehabilitated within covenants—a good environmental outcome without a major imposition on the development.

The approved layout creates high quality lots in an established and enhanced green setting and is expected to attract high demand at completion.

✅ Done and dusted. For this medium-scale subdivision, we were involved from due diligence through to plan sealing. Another successful development from one of our repeat clients.
