It's been a while since we posted hereโ€”we've been busy with a variety of projects including this 16-lot subdivision which was recently approved by Brisbane City Council.

We're very pleased with this outcome for our clients:

โœ… Approved! We recently obtained DA approval from Brisbane City Council for a 12-lot subdivision in Wacol.

This project had notable engineering complexities and ecological considerations.

Significant stormwater challenges were resolved with the project engineer to satisfy the Department of Transport and Main Roads (due to railway proximity).

Koala habitat adjoining a golf course at the rear will be protected and rehabilitated within covenantsโ€”a good environmental outcome without a major imposition on the development.

The approved layout creates high quality lots in an established and enhanced green setting and is expected to attract high demand at completion.
