Hello 👋🏼.

It feels awfully self indulgent, but I’m told that it’s important to introduce myself 😬.

My name is Kristy McGrath. I'm a beach-loving city girl who married a wonderful man who grew up on a cattle farm near Yamba. We made a plan over a decade ago to leave our corporate careers in the city and move to the country to follow both of our passions. It's taken us all that time but our plan is finally coming to fruition now that we have moved to the Clarence Valley with our three boys...to the beach…to our beef cattle farm near Yamba and to our new real estate agency...Pilot Hill Property.

I grew up flipping and managing houses with my parents and it’s safe to say that I have the property bug.

We have bought, sold, renovated and managed many properties including which we purchased in 2018 and was a real turning point for us.

When we bought it was managed by an Agent because we were living overseas. They performed as expected, but I could see opportunities for doing it better - by making stronger connections with guests; being more proactive, adding more value and stripping out the layers of costs. So I started managing it myself from overseas with a strong team on the ground and our net holiday revenue increased by 170% in our first year.

I just love the idea of supporting fellow investors to maximize their holiday returns and Pilot Hill Property applies the same principles to provide proactive, hands on, value add management and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
