ing bath just in case you need a bubble bath. With three separate lounge areas and a media room, there is plenty of space to have some quiet time if travelling in a group. The large well-equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with a 90cm Smeg oven, butler’s pantry and quality cooking equipment. Luxury bedding, quality furniture, large smart TV’s with Bose Wave Sound System ensures your stay will be relaxing and comfortable. The outdoor Entertaining area includes a Webber BBQ, outdoor dining and lounges. The double lock up garage will keep the salt off your car as access to all Yamba’s cafes and restaurants are just a short stroll down the street. If you enjoy Golf the property has private access to the Golf course.

it was interesting I put the house up on a home exchange site in the US to give other folks an opportunity to experience a piece of our world and within a day I had a request from Ireland and California both people shaking their heads at the beauty of the area. Sometimes it takes other folks to remind us of what we have in our own back yard😁 And the latest update a request from Bali.

Weather temps ranging from 25 to 32 next week so we say Hello Summer we have been waiting for you and glad you are here.
