✨ NEW LOOK. SAME BIG ENERGY.

Well, the secret is finally out… TODAY IS REBRAND DAY! 🎉

A long time in the making, countless conversations, plenty of behind-the-scenes work (and a very busy team!), but we can finally share what we've been so excited about.

Introducing our fresh new look, our new colours and a logo that feels every bit as bold, fresh and different as we are. 🤍

This is more than a change of colours or a new logo. It's the next chapter of our story. A brand that reflects our personality, our passion, our ambition and the way we do real estate.

We've never been ones to blend in, and we certainly weren't about to start now.

We're incredibly proud of what's come together and even more excited about what's ahead.

A fresh identity. A renewed energy. And so much more to come.

Welcome to our next chapter. We think you're going to love it as much as we do.

🔴 SOLD – 23 Gargle Circuit! 🏡

Another great result, and another happy seller!

23 Gargle Circuit was secured before hitting the wider market, with a full-price offer achieved.

A fantastic result that highlights the value of having the right agent, the right buyer connections and a proactive approach to getting the job done.

Thinking of selling? You might be surprised by what can be achieved before your property even reaches the open market. We’re always working behind the scenes to connect the right buyers with the right properties and deliver outstanding results.

JUST SOLD | 19/4 Somerset Place, Yamba

Another Yamba property sold, another result delivered by First National Real Estate Yamba & Iluka.

Behind every sale is more than a sign out the front. It’s local knowledge, the right strategy, strong marketing and a team that understands how to bring buyers and sellers together.

At First National, we combine two local offices, one connected team and a genuine understanding of the Yamba and Iluka markets to deliver a more considered approach to real estate.

Thinking about selling? Start with a conversation.

Real estate is what they do. But it’s not all they can do.

We asked Alex, Alex and Liliana to reveal something they’re surprisingly good at that has absolutely nothing to do with property.

You might learn something you didn’t know about your local agents.

JUST SOLD | ILUKA

Another property sold. Another result for our clients.

At First National Iluka, local knowledge, considered marketing and a hands-on approach are at the heart of what we do.

Wondering what buyers would see in your property? We might have a different perspective.

Let's talk.

Is a quieter market the right time to buy? With prices softer in many areas, there's less urgency, more choice and sellers who are often more open to negotiating.

Before you leap...

Skip the guesswork. Finding the bottom of the market is a hard game. Find a property that suits your budget and still works in five or ten years.

Plan for the real numbers. Check your repayments at a rate one to two percentage points higher than today, and don't build your budget around the maximum a bank will lend you.

Don't forget the extras. Stamp duty where it applies, legal fees, inspections, moving costs, then rates, insurance and maintenance. Keep a buffer for those first few repairs.

Is now the time to make your move? Talk to your local First National team today. firstnational.com.au

Every career has a starting point. Sometimes, it’s not where you expect.

Before real estate, our agents were doing very different things. So what brought them here, and what made them take the leap?

We asked Alex, Alex and Liliana to share a little about the road that led them into real estate.

Rock, paper, scissors... Real estate edition. Thinking of selling? We would love to be part of your journey.

Three rate rises this year have cut into borrowing power, and buyers are following their budgets. This means looking further from capital cities, at regional markets, or at units instead of houses.
Our First National offices are seeing it first-hand.

The biggest jumps in house searches between July 2025 and July 2026:
🔹Julatten, near Port Douglas, up 235 per cent (land there can still sell for under $1 million),
🔹Biggenden up 222 per cent
🔹Apple Tree Creek up 210 per cent, both inland of Hervey Bay.

Capital cities are feeling it too. Risdon Vale and Gagebrook in Hobart, and Monash, Oxley and Holder in Canberra, are all drawing more interest as buyers chase value close to the city.

First National Bonnici & Associates went the distance for the Spring 2026 Sh*tbox Rally.

William Bonnici and teammate Carey drove approximately 3,400km from Adelaide to Darwin over seven days, raising funds for the Cancer Council. Their ride: a 2000 Toyota Corolla named "Maureen."

The pair set out to raise $20,000. Despite Maureen cracking a radiator in the final 600km, they pushed through and raised more than $21,000. Across the rally, participating teams raised over $2.5 million for cancer research.

Congratulations to William and Carey on a huge effort!
