It was great to be part of the Yass High School Careers Expo this week and see so many local businesses come together to support students from right across the Yass Valley.

I really enjoyed chatting with students about what a career in real estate looks like, as well as catching up with so many other local businesses that are just as passionate about supporting our community. It was great to see so many young people asking questions, exploring different career paths and thinking about what their future could look like.

A big thank you to Yass High School for putting together such a fantastic event. It’s always great to be involved in initiatives that bring our community together and give local students the chance to connect with businesses right here in the Yass Valley.

Yass Valley Market Update

The regional market is still performing well compared to the major metropolitan areas. Low stock volumes in the Yass Valley is creating competition between active buyers. It’s likely that we will see a high volume of properties come onto the market in mid to late Spring. Smart homeowners are taking advantage of the current market and selling in isolation rather than competition.
