This morning Vince and Ebony dropped into the Yeppoon office with a bottle of w**e and a box of chocolates, just to say thank you 🍷🍫

Five years ago they moved over from WA and into one of our rentals, and later into a second home with us. Now they’re starting their next chapter: they’re on the hunt to buy a place of their own! There’s been plenty of communication along the way, and Karin, Troy and Julia have been there for every call, question and moving date.

What they said stuck with us:

“It’s good to talk to normal people.”

They meant people who know them by name, not a ticket number, an automated reply or a chatbot.
