With a blend of nostalgia and excitement, we would like to take a moment to share some news regarding the future of Yeppoon Real Estate. After much consideration and deliberation, we have made the decision to sell our business and pass the torch onto new hands.
After 15 years of running and growing Yeppoon Real Estate, Esme our Principal is looking forward to continuing on as a salesperson but allowing more time to spend with her grandchildren and Claudia our joint Director is about to give birth to her first child any day now and heading off on maternity leave before also continuing her passion of selling homes in Yeppoon.
Our business will be transitioning to new ownership under the capable hands of David Bell and Riley Neaton who are the new owners of the Ray White Yeppoon office and also the owners of Ray White Rockhampton. Both David and Riley come with extensive experience and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of service that you have come to expect from us. We want to reassure you that despite this change in ownership, the core team you have worked with will remain intact.
Esme, Claudia, and the majority of our amazing and dedicated rental and sales team will be moving to our new home at Ray White Yeppoon. You can continue to expect the same level of professionalism, dedication, and personalised service that you have always received from us.
We truly value the relationships we have built over the years and want to express our heartfelt gratitude for everyone who has supported us and bought, sold or rented through us. We also want to say a massive thank you to our incredible team who have worked with us for a very long time, for all of the wonderful memories and amazing achievements over the years, we are so incredibly proud and grateful for each and every one of you. We look forward to bringing that same spirit and passion to our new team.
Our new journey begins on Monday March 4th, 2024, at our new location, 72 Queen Street, Yeppoon.
