Just SOLD - Again!
Lot 18 Filippo Close was my very first market appraisal when I started at Explore Property in 2022. I was busy learning the ropes when the phone rang at the office, boy was I excited to be going out to do my first appraisal on my first day in the office! Forever grateful to the wonderful owners that showed a lot of trust in the new guy 😅. Almost 12 months later I was given the opportunity to market and sell the block, and that we did.
Fast forward another two years to the day I slapped the sold sign on Lot 18 Filippo Close for the second time. This time the estate was greener, the neighbourhood much fuller… although sadly Pat’s lemon tree didn’t survive the journey 🍋
