In a two-minute promenade, you can walk along Small Fortress (Kichik Gala) street, which stretches along the western fortress wall of the old city, and where the “Damn it” episode from the film “The Diamond Arm” by the famous director Leonid Gaidai was filmed.
A 5-minute walk will take you to the central street “Torgovaya”, now Nizami Street, where the monument to the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi stands and Fountain Square is located.
