Situated in the heart of the City of Mostar, the brand-new and fully-furnished apartment “Tilia” is named after the genus of linden tree, a deciduous plant that perfumes the city with a characteristic scent in the spring and summer. The apartment’s convenient location offers easy and quick footpath-access to the city’s versatile sights and features. The Old Town (Stari Grad) and The Old Bridge (St

ari most) are only five minutes away, and many of the other city’s hallmarks – from the renovated Gymnasium Mostar (Gimnazija Mostar) and Lenin’s promenade (Lenjinovo setaliste) to the Park Zrinjevac and Cultural Center Kosaca (Kulturni Centar Kosaca) – can be reached within ten to fifteen minutes. The apartment’s unique address on the Boulevard of National Revolution (Bulevar Nacionalne Revolucije) provides a great view of the Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman architectural landmarks, as well as religious buildings, including a nearby mosque, the Franciscan church, the Orthodox church, and the yard of the city’s synagogue that’s currently under construction. With interesting, geometrically designed rooms and modern decorations, this apartment is ideal for individuals, couples, families and groups. There are three bedrooms in the apartment: one with a two-person bed, one with two single beds, and one with a two-person bunk bed. Additionally, there is a couch in the living room that can be used for sleeping. The living room has access to a balcony and is directly connected to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with plates, silverware, and many electrical appliances, including an oven, an electrical stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, microwave, and a kettle. There are two hallways and two restrooms – the bigger restroom has a shower and a laundry/washing machine. The apartment has four ACs and offers Wi-Fi, cable TV in the living room, and phone line which can be used at no charge for calls within Bosnia and Herzegovina. In case you are visiting the city with a car or are renting a car, there is also parking space in the apartment lot that you can use for free.
