SMART VIEW BUILDERS (PVT.) LTD
The objects for which the company is established are all or any of the following (the entire object will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Govt./Concerned/Competent authority before the commencement of business):-
01. To carry on the business of Real Estate, Land Development, Constructions of Multi-storied building. Real Estate being Builders, contractors, buying, developing & selling land, consultants, engineering, technical, building, terracing, building apartments and flats as contractors and developers for selling, leasing or renting out at home and abroad, real estate by acquiring land and constructing modern house, apartments, shopping plazas commercial building and selling or leasing or renting out the same.
02. To carry on the business of Shopping Mall, Super market, Shopping Shop, Shopping complex, Community centers. And to arrange / negotiation for sale or let out of those to general public or to hold it for their management, run modern all kinds of Departmental Store and Super Market for General Public for their marketing. Retail chain Departmental store and to set up industry / industries for producing & selling all kinds of leather goods, Garments, Food items, Fashion, Jewelry, Shoes including all types of Cosmetics goods all types of consumer, Beverage and stationary items.
03. To carry on the business of housing apartment project and housing facilities by purchasing land or by way of joint venture with the land owner or financiers or disposing and selling the same all kinds of Housing and Land and such consulting, Architecture, Construction, Engineering Supervision, Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Land Reclamation and all other branches of housing, developer of land and constructor of buildings both residential and commercial either alone or on joint venture. Developers, engineers and Project Advisers, consultant advisers and general suppliers and to do all works connected therewith.
04. To carry on the business on land purchasers, sellers, land developer, land acquire on lease or purchase and sell after making flats or apartments and a lot land as plot among the buyers, members or associations or societies. To provide lands with apartment buildings, flats, houses, rooms, huts or any other type of accommodation constructed by the company for association, societies or members and others and on their behalf to secure loans from Government, House Building Finance Corporation, Banks and other financial institute. Also provide all kinds of interior and exterior design and its implementation.
05. To carry on business of all kinds of Housing and Land and such consulting, Architecture, Construction, Engineering Supervision, Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Land Reclamation and all other branches of housing, developer of land and constructor of buildings both residential and commercial either alone or on joint venture, Developers, engineers and Project Advisers, consultant advisers and general suppliers and to do all works connected therewith other seeds business, quality fish production, hatcheries and marketing of fish and Import & Export of all kinds of agricultural seeds
06. To cultivate Orchid Plantation, Nursery Plantation, flowers Plantation & marketing and to purchase, acquire, take on lease or in exchange or in any other lawful manner, any area, land, buildings, structures or any Govt. land and to turn the same into account, develop the same and dispose of or maintain the same and to Cultivate tea garden/ plantation, Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture plantation, import and export all types of Tree, Flowers, import high quality seeds from abroad. To cultivate all types of Trees like Segun, Mehgini, Gamari, Akashi, Beligium, Nim and others wood trees, Multi-purpose Agro-based complex, poultry farming, fish hatchery, poultry feed, Dairy, Fisheries, Duckery, Agriculture farming, Cultivation of all kinds of Agro food, Plantation of Seeds, Nursery, Hatchery, Import, Export Marketing local or abroad. Fisheries of High Value Fish, Nursery, Hatchery, Hybrid seeds produce, rice seeds, Corn seeds, Potato seeds, Vegetables seeds & Water-melon seeds.
07. To carry on the business of General trading, buy, sell, exporters, importers, marketing, supplier, indenters, commission agents, selling agents, distributors, broker, stockiest, merchants, wholesalers, retailers, buyers, manufacturers, Home base marketing, general order suppliers and dealers in general merchandise, commodities, articles and goods all description whatsoever and all kinds of shipping, Production, Manufacturing, suppliers, marketing, industry, trading, import, export, buying & sales agent for local and abroad, all kinds of handy-crops, production as manufacturer, importer, exporter, all kinds of Goods financing fully or partly for purchase by full down payment or payment by installment of synthetic leather, rexin cloth, plastic sheet & products, aluminum and all sorts of aluminum products, Iron and steel, tin and tin sheet, hard board and other allied items.
