রাজধানী ঢাকার প্রতিটি পরিবারেরই স্বপ্ন থাকে নিজের ফ্লাটে বসবাস করা। কিন্তু আকাশচুম্বী দাম ও একসাথে অনেক টাকা বিনিয়োগ করে ফ্লাট কেনা সহজ ব্যাপার নয়। কিন্তু এই ফ্লাট কেনার প্রক্রিয়াকে সহজ করতে ' ব্যাংক অফিসার্স হাউজিং সোসাইটি ' নিয়ে এসেছে শেয়ারড ওনারশীপের মাধ্যমে ভবন নির্মাণ এর প্রক্রিয়া। এটি একটি নতুন কিন্তু জনপ্রিয় চিন্তাধারা। কয়েকজন সাবেক ও বর্তমান

ব্যাংকার ও কয়েকজন উদ্যমী প্রফেসরের ব্যক্তিগত উদ্যোগে এটি প্রতিষ্ঠিত। এটি সম্পুর্ন একটা ব্যাক্তিগত উদ্যোগ, কোন তথাকথিত ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান নয়। এই প্রক্রিয়ায় অনেক কম খরচে ও ঝুঁকিমুক্ত বিনিয়োগের মাধ্যমে উন্নত নির্মাণ সামগ্রী দ্বারা নির্মিত ফ্লাটের মালিক হওয়া যায়।
এই প্রক্রিয়ায় প্রথমেই ক্রেতাকে অংশ অনুযায়ী জমির সাফ-কবলা রেজিস্ট্রি দেয়া হবে। জমির নির্ধারিত মূল্য জমির রেজিষ্ট্রেশন এর সময় পরিশোধ করতে হবে এবং নির্মাণ শুরুর পর থেকে সিডিউল অনুযায়ী কিস্তিতে ভবন নির্মাণের টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে। এই প্রক্রিয়ায় ভবন নির্মাণ সংক্রান্ত যে কোন ক্রয় স্বচ্ছতার সাথে করা হয় এবং সকল সদস্যের মধ্য থেকে তিন সদস্য বিশিষ্ট অডিট কমিটি করা হয়। সকল সদস্যের সামনে কমিটি প্রতি তিন মাসে একবার সমস্ত হিসাব ও কাজের বিবরন তুলে ধরবেন।

​Any negligence in quality control can lead to long-term structural damage. To eliminate this risk entirely, our Principal Architect and Principal Structural Designer thoroughly inspect the site before every single casting, identifying and resolving any potential issues on the spot.
​In line with this commitment, a comprehensive pre-inspection of the BOHS-BALAKA basement was successfully completed today (23/05/2026) by our esteemed Engineer, Mr. Shafiul Bari (BUET).
​Alhamdulillah, the casting is scheduled to begin tonight! For ready-mix concrete, our trusted choice is NDE.
​We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our respected shareholders for their continuous support and cooperation. 🙏✨

​We are thrilled to share that on May 15, 2026, the final roof casting for the community hall, mosque, and other rooftop areas of our BOHS project, City Tower, was successfully completed! With this, all roof casting works for City Tower are officially done.
​Currently, brickwork, window grill installation, and various finishing works are in full swing. The BOHS authority is fully committed to delivering and handing over the project in the shortest possible time.
