আমি ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স গ্রুপের একজন কর্মচারী। করোনার এই দুর্দিনে বাংলাদেশের বেশিরভাগ প্রতিষ্ঠান যখন তার কর্মচারীদের সাহায্যের চেষ্টা করছে, পূর্ণ বা আংশিক বেতন সহ অন্যান্য সুবিধা দিচ্ছে, আমরা সেখানে দীর্ঘ ৫ মাস যাবত কোন প্রকার বেতন থেকে বঞ্চিত। জানুয়ারী থেকে জুন মাস পর্যন্ত বেতন তো দুরের কথা, আংশিক বেতন ও পর্যন্ত‍ আমাদের দেয়া হয়নি।


ম্যানেজমেন্টের কাউকে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। ফোন এবং সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম কোন মাধ্যমেই তাদেরকে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। আমাদের ফেইসবুক গ্রুপে সবাই বেতনের জন্য হাহাকার করি। আমাদের ম্যানেজমেন্টের এম.ডি এবং ডিরেক্টররা নীরবে শুধু ম্যাসেজ দেখেন। কিন্তু কোন রিপ্লাই দেন না।

আজ এই ভয়াবহ মহামারীতে যে প্রতিষ্ঠান নিজের ট্রাস্টেড কর্মচারীদের পাশে না দাঁড়ায়, তাঁদেরকে লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা ও জমি-জমা দিয়ে বিশ্বাস করাটা কতটা যৌক্তিক তা কিন্তু আসলেই ভাবার বিষয়। যারা ইতিমধ্যে আইকন গ্রুপ এবং ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স গ্রুপে টাকা বিনিয়োগ করেছেন তাদের টাকা উদ্ধার করার জন্য এখন ই প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিন।

* Help to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/clients relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

* Maintain smooth & prompt communication with clients, parties, customers over mobile/ email communications and manage their feedback, queries & complaints to retain existing business

* Maintain a good system/ database to keep the client's details for future reference

* Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions and managing ads as per company policy.

* To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities on a regular basis.

* maintain good relationships with clients.

* Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.

* Assist management in developing business strategies.

* To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.

* Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Authority.
