এবার যে বাজেট প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে তাতে আগামীতে ফ্ল্যাট এর দাম আরো বাড়বে। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা এবং ফিন্যান্স বিল তালাশ করে যা দেখলাম তাতে ফ্ল্যাট সংক্রান্ত ১৩-১৪ ধরণের পণ্যের উপর অতিরিক্ত শুল্ক আরোপ করা হয়েছে।

১। প্রস্তাবিত বাজেটে জমি রেজিস্ট্রেশন কালে উৎসে আয়কর বাড়ানোর কথা বলা হয়েছে। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৫১
২। স্টীল উৎপাদনের কাঁচামাল মাঙ্গানীজের উৎসে কর বেড়েছে। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৫১
৩। আ্যালুমিনিয়াম ও প্লাস্টিকের কিচেনওয়্যার গৃহস্থালী পণ্যের উপর ভ্যাট ৫ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৭.৫ করা হয়েছে। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৬২
৪। সিমেন্ট এর ক্লিংকার এর আমদানী শুল্ক প্রতি টনে ২০০ টাকা করে বেড়েছে । জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৭৫
৫। লিফট আমদানীতে শুল্ক ৫ থেকে বৃদ্ধি করে ১৫ এবং এস্কেলেটর ১ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ১৫ % করা হয়েছে। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৭৫
৬। সুইচ/ সকেট এর আমদানী করার রেয়াতি সুবিধা বাতিল। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৭৯
৭। টাইলস এ জাতীয় পণ্যের রেয়াতি হারে আমদানী করার সুবিধা বাতিল। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৮২
৮। এলইডি ল্যাম্প এর রেয়াতি সুবিধা বাতিল। জাতীয় বাজেট বক্তৃতা পৃষ্টা নং-১৮২
৯। মার্বেল, গ্রানাইট এর শুল্ক আরোপ। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-২৯
১০। বোল্ডার স্টোন এবং ক্রাস স্টোন অর্থা পাথরের উপর ৩০ শতাংশ শুল্ক আরোপ। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-২৯
১১। দরজা, জানালা, পার্টিকেল বোর্ড এর উপর ১০ শতাংশ সম্পূরক শুল্ক। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-৩৭
১২।সিরামিকের সিন্স, বেসিন, কিচেন ওয়্যারসহ বিভিন্ন পণ্য ৬০ শতাংশ সম্পূরক শুল্ক। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-৪৫
১৩।বিভিন্ন ধরনের গ্লাস এর উপর ২০ শতাংশ সম্পূরক শুল্ক। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-৪৫ ও ৪৬
১৪। স্টেইনলেস স্টীল এর পণ্যৈর উপর ২০ শতাংশ সম্পূরক শুল্ক। ফিন্যান্স বিল পৃষ্ঠা-৫০

উপরের সবগুলো পণ্য নতুন ফ্ল্যাট তৈরির উপকরণ। প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য সবশেষ ফ্ল্যাট এর মূল্যের সাথে যুক্ত হবে ফলে ফ্ল্যাট্ এর মূল্য বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
