▫️Manage the full sales process from inquiry to agreement, ensuring smooth client communication at every stage.
▫️Collaborate with colleagues and the marketing team to convert leads into successful transactions.
▫️Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups professionally and on time.
▫️Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and market insights for reporting purposes.
▫️Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and referral networks.
▫️Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing changes, and competitive projects.
