Home Arc BD has come up with solutions to these problems to make your unspoken dreams a reality. We, Home Arc BD are building prime-location luxury apartments in Dhaka with all civic amenities at affordable prices for the middle class. Not only that it is less than half of the current market price. Wondering how that's possible? Because by registering the land through 36 shareholders, the construction work will be done with the shareholders of the land under the supervision of the best architects in the country. Apart from the recently built commercial projects, the luxury apartments include:
✔ Basement parking
✔ Luxury Lounge
✔ Coffee corner
✔ KidsZone is there to ensure that children grow up in a beautiful
environment
✔ We know that health is the key to happiness. Our project includes a
state-of-the-art gymnasium where men and women can take care
of themselves separately
✔ We know how much loneliness grips us after all the day's activities. Keeping this in mind, we are providing common room facilities,
starting from table tennis, there is various sports equipment. We are
not stopping here! We want to bring back the lost social bonds. That is why there is a good arrangement to watch the game
together on the big screen.
✔ Ground floor with modern reception center
✔ The heatproof rooftop has a library where there will be books of
local and foreign famous authors. We will bring back the wonderful
habit of reading books lost in our childhood.
✔ We know the importance of green earth. So, to ensure that our
children grow up surrounded by greenery, there is a rooftop garden
✔ Can't find time to go out somewhere or party with loved ones at
home? We have a BBQ zone
✔ Walking area
✔ Wi-Fi coverage everywhere
✔ There are also all facilities for small-scale programs including a
prayer room.
✔ 24/7 security guard with all types of in-house services like plumber,
electrician, etc. Not having a flat/parking on the rooftop or ground floor is more important than the appearance of the apartment. Parents who grew up in villages or suburbs can get lost in books in the library and spend time chatting with peers in the coffee zone or common room. We are at your side with all the arrangements to keep aside all the busyness of the office, spend time with your children in the kid’s zone, and also spend a pleasant time chatting with others in the common room or watching a game. One of the goals of Home Arc BD is to go beyond traditional commercial thinking and work to make your unspoken dreams come true. You too can be one of our family.
