We are hiring! We are looking for a Dynamic Business Development Executive!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business growth. This includes analyzing market conditions and competitor strategies.
- Generate leads through various means, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, and referrals. Identify and qualify potential customers or clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target specific markets or customer segments. Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. This involves establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or pitches to potential clients or partners.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Create proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners. Build a strong professional network.
- Stay informed about the company's products or services, as well as industry trends, in order to effectively articulate their benefits to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure that the company's offerings meet market demands.
- Identify opportunities to enter new markets or regions, both domestic and international, and develop market entry strategies.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product or service development teams to help enhance offerings and meet customer needs.
Salary is negotiable, depending on skill sets. with existing clients or customers to secure repeat business and upsell additional services or products.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to prioritize and pursue the most promising opportunities.
- Ensure that all business development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualification:
- Graduate from any reputable university
- 01 Years of Experience
