Type: Full Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday
Salary: 25-30k (monthly)
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the corporate sector.

Job Description:
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching and effective visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports our marketing efforts. You will create compelling graphics for property listings, marketing materials, social media campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, postcards, and
advertisements.
- Develop engaging graphics and multimedia content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website
updates.
- Collaborate with the Architectural Design team to create visual content that aligns with our brand identity and
promote our real estate services.
- Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate marketing trends and design best practices to continually enhance our visual
content.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio that includes real estate or similar
industry work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Video editing software, and other design
tools.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
