Single family house.
Gazipur, Bangladesh.

Land area: 8242 sft.
Designed area: 3600 sft (in 2 floors)

In a quiet suburb of Bangladesh, this single-family residence is crafted to meet the essential needs of a well tied family; balancing openness with intimacy to It's surroundings.

Free-flowing floor plan creates a subtle gradient of privacy, transitioning from public to semi-public to private zones.
Hopefully, the locally made perforated screens will filter the direct sunlight ensuring natural ventilation to maintain thermal comfort throughout the day.

Can be said, it's a humble response to climate, culture, and care—where architecture becomes a backdrop for everyday joy to a family strongly connected to this land with memories to cherish.

Designing Density with Purpose:
A Mixed-Use Development; Dhaka,Bangladesh.

In the heart of one of Dhaka’s most densely populated neighborhoods, we set out to do more than just build—we aimed to integrate. This mixed-use infrastructure blends residential, commercial, and communal functions into a vertical ecosystem that responds to the city’s spatial constraints and social rhythms.

With layered facades, strategic green pockets, and a dynamic interplay of solids and voids, the design reflects both urban resilience and architectural clarity. It’s not just about maximizing space—it’s about humanizing density.

Vertical zoning for diverse use
Passive cooling through facade articulation Integrated greenery for microclimate and wellbeing
Ground-level permeability for public interaction.

The image displays different types of non-structural cracks that can appear in materials like concrete or plaster. These cracks are generally cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity of the material.

Shrinkage: These cracks typically appear as single, somewhat random lines and are caused by the material shrinking as it dries or hardens.

Thermal cracks: These are often irregular and branching, resulting from expansion and contraction due to temperature fluctuations.

Crazing: Characterized by a network of fine, interconnected cracks, crazing occurs on the surface and is usually very shallow, often caused by rapid drying or curing.

Map cracking: Similar to crazing but with larger, deeper cracks forming a pattern resembling a map, this type of cracking can be more extensive than crazing and is also related to drying and shrinkage.
