Anyone wanting buy plot at priyo prangon keranigonj should know

They promise u to register the land but they actually will not after they take your money

They selling u land which do not belong to them, be careful not to waste your money

priyoprangon housing project

after 7 years of purchasing plot at priyo prangon city kerani gonjo i still did not get the plot registered to my name. I paid full amount for a 3 katha plot. from the beginning they said plot will be handed over next year. not after 7 year the plot has not been registered or handed over. when ever i call them or visit them they keep saying next year.

so anyone looking to invest in their land project i will suggest them to be careful. they also said u can not transfer ownership to someone else to their first project

if you guys have any more information about this land project please update us kindly

i hope they start doing some work as the projet is almost same what i saw 5 years ago. do not see any work being done recently, nor i c any construction is going on at this projet of hamid realestate group.

are they collecting money from investors and not delivering the promised land. anyone owns land to this kerani gonj land projetct near jhilimili...

hope to hear from someone. i still see their adds still selling land their and saying u can construct immediately. this is not true, if so why we still have not been registered the land yet at this priyo prangon land project keranigonj
