Job Responsibilities:

 Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget, guideline and policies.
 Time to time compare of the actual work done against plan and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
 Monitoring and ensuring quality of all works like architectural, structural, electrical, plumb & others.
 Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials, check materials quality & volume, and maintain projects store and stock.
 Must be able to read all kinds of drawings. Ensure work done at sites as per design & drawing.
 Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
 Identify problematic area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues and carry out cost estimation.
 Provide timely feedback or report to the management on projects related performance.
 Working ability under pressure and always prepare for any other task assigned by management.
 Client Handle capacity and prepare addition & omission file as per client requirement.
 Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction sites, manage contractors, daily labors and guards, control of wastage, and estimation of budget, check work volume, prepare and verify bills, which are submitted by different contractors.
 Bill checking of completed work as per given design & quality.

Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
 Minimum 02 years field level experience in Real Estate or Construction Company.
 Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
 Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail & related software.
 Knowledge using construction equipment & safety rules.
 Strong drawing understanding skills.
 Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and management skills.

Salary: BDT 10,000 (Overall) - BDT 12,000 (Overall)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
 Salary Review: Yearly
 Festival Bonus: 02
 As Per Company Policy
