PURBACHAL EASTWOOD CITY is a project of INNOVATIVE HOLDINGS which will assure a housing experience with serene ambiance and ecologically balanced, environmental oriented community living with reliable authenticity. Nowadays, moving one place to another inside Dhaka city became extremely hectic for traffic mismanagement and intolerable road jam. In our project, Governmental RAJUK project’s 300 ft w
ide road and 180 ft of Asian highway provides a quick and wonderful mean of communication. In this project, there are differentiated plot sizes measuring 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 7 and 10 kathas respectively. Usual apartments of Dhaka city are so congested and air as well as odor polluted that make life mentally and often physically ailing. Inside our project, 25 ft of land is allotted for constructing a spring like Crystal Lake which enhance the beauty of the project as well as endow with a healthy atmosphere. 53% of the total land of the project is allotted for utility purpose (i.e. mosque, school, college, universities, hospital, central security system, Cineplex, super shops, petrol pump, park, community center, club etc.) and environmental constructions (i.e. park, lake, play ground, water world, recreation spots etc.). Again, about 35% of the total land will be dedicated for public welfare purposes. Moreover, PURBACHAL EASTWOOD CITY is completely flood-free area.
