Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Marketing Executive to support our real estate sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting clients throughout the sales process-from initial contact to site visits and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
➡Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
➡Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert interest into sales.
➡Maintain strong knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
➡Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure timely and accurate content posting.
➡Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
➡Arrange and conduct site visits with interested clients.
➡Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
➡Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities systematically.
Sales Expectations:
➡Demonstrate the ability to convert leads into sales.
➡Target to close at least one property sale within the first few months.
➡Consistently follow up and nurture prospects.
Requirements:
➡Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate sales or marketing.
➡Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
➡Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
➡Confident in making sales calls and client interactions.
➡Tech-savvy (email, basic CRM tools, messaging platforms, etc.).
➡Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
➡Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
➡Prior experience in real estate or high-value sales.
➡Ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
➡Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
