Recruitment- Manager for Resort
We are looking for a Hotel / Resort Manager who can manage our Resort as well as assisting in crafting company policies. The role focuses on Resort Management and requires good knowledge of labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Develop & plans for every department in the hotel/resort based on seasonal necessities.
• Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
• Execute employee to organize training programs for all hotel employees such as customer service skills training.
• Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
• Make sure the hotel staff complies with relevant safety and health rules.
• Maintain resort guest records such as contact, and others details
• Ensures that every resort guest all facilities
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and ex*****on of employee programs and events, such as regular staff meetings, food festivals, annual picnics, holiday parties, Wellness Fairs, farewell parties, and community service projects, among others.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any subject.
or
• Bachelor degree in MBA/BBA of HRM (is Plus Point)
or
• Strong Hotel/Resort Management Experience
Experience Requirements:
• At least 1 to 3 years (Resort/Hotel Management Sector)
