• Work with the senior management team to set Property acquisition goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
• Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
• Analyze data, market research and formulate acquisition strategy
• Source and negotiate property acquisitions
• Undertake acquisition due diligence and analysis of specific properties including financial analysis
• Become a mentor to the team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals
• Conduct interviews and hire staff.
• Develop and implement training programs that teach agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out paperwork.
• Visit different real estate developer, land owner, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
• Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.

• Master’s Degree from a reputed University in Business or Commerce or Social Science
• 5-8 years of experience in the domain of direct sales or corporate sales in an established organization is a requirement, and will be given preference.

Salary and Outlook

• Fixed + Commission (70:30). At the range 50k-70k /month.

• Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
• Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
• Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
• Responsible for overall sales growth

Master’s Degree from a reputed University in Business or Commerce or Social Science

7-10 years of experience in the domain of direct sales or corporate sales in an established organization is a requirement, and will be given preference.
