The Role:
As a Client Account Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of property preservation work orders. This involves direct communication with US banks and real estate firms, vendor recruitment, and strategic negotiation to ensure project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build trust with national US clients and vendors.
Operations: Process work orders, track vendor tasks, and ensure quality delivery.
Communication: Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and confidently.
Growth: Assist in vendor recruitment and negotiate to maximize margins.
Who We Are Looking For:
Excellent English: Near-native speaking, listening, and writing skills are mandatory.
Smart & Adaptable: Ability to solve conflicts and think on your feet in a fast-paced market.
Educational Background: English-medium background preferred. Experience in Property Preservation is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right fresher.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Profit Sharing: Performance-based commission on sales.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Office) | Alternate Saturdays (Home)
Time: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
