We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Modelers & Rendering Artists who are passionate about creating high-quality interior and exterior visualizations.

Job Location
Dhaka (Banasree)

Education
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Diploma in Architecture

Experience
At most 2 years

Responsibilities

Create highly detailed 3D models for interior and exterior architectural projects
Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings
Work with CAD drawings, references, and concept designs
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, Animation and Photoshop, Illustrator.
Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team.

প্রজেক্ট : মসজিদ
লোকেশন: ঈশ্বরগঞ্জ,ময়মনসিংহ।

১২০ জন একত্রে নামাজ পড়তে পারবে এমন করে মসজিদটি ডিজাইন করা । মসজিদ কমপ্লেক্স এর সামনে ইমাম মহাজ্জেম এর রুম , আজুখানা এবং টয়লেট। সামনের দিকে বিস্তৃত সবুজ এবং ঈদ এর নামাজের বেবস্থা। ইন্টেরিওর টি করা হোয়েছে কলাম ছাড়া। মসজিদের উইন্ডো এমন করে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে যাতে চারদিক এবং উপর থেকে আলো এসে মসজিদটিকে করবে আলোকিত এবং শীতল।
রাতের সুন্দর্যের জন্য করা হোয়েছে আম্বিয়েন্ট লাইটিং।

ক্লায়েন্টঃ আনিস বেপারী ।
প্রোজেক্ট লোকেশানঃ বাঞ্ছারামপুর, ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া।
জমির পরিমাণঃ ১.৭৫কাঠা।

ক্লাইন্ট তার এই জায়গাটিতে একটি বাড়ি নির্মাণ করতে চাচ্ছিলেন।
যাহা হবে প্রথম তলা ও তৃতীয় তলা ভাড়ার জন্য এবং দ্বিতীয় তলাটি তার নিজের ব্যবহারের জন্য নির্মাণ করবেন। তিনি চাচ্ছিলেন বাড়িটি ত্রিপ্লেক্স এর একটি ভাইব দিতে যদিও তার জায়গাটি ছিল খুব লম্বাটে । আমরা ক্লায়েন্টের সকল চাহিদা পূরণ করে তার মনের মতো ডিজাইন তৈরি করতে পেরে আনন্দিত।
