Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with prospective & current Clients.
Ensure that Customer Information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
Acquire New Customers & visit the Market frequently.
Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
Responsible for achieving the Sales Target.
Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Marketing from any Private University.

Experience Requirements:
At least 1 years

Additional Requirements:
02 (Two) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
Should be Smart, energetic & Self motivated.
Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
Capability of convincing prospect.
Fairly Good in Spoken & Written in Bangla & English.
Excellent Knowledge in MS Office Package.
