Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic digital marketing and sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing Properties (Digital Marketing), obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
• Highly knowledgeable on Land & Real Estate business and present market scenario.
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
• Corporate sales planning and implementation.
• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
• To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
• Computer knowledge is the must.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and others social media site.
• Create engaging social media content (posts, captions, reels, and promotional content)
• Design basic marketing creatives using Canva / basic Photoshop
• Regular story posting on Facebook & Instagram (projects, offers, daily updates)
• Manage company social media pages and ensure brand consistency
• Handle online inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website leads
• Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into sales
• Understand customer requirements and explain.
• Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and meetings if required
• Maintain client database, sales records, and monthly reports
Skills & Expertise
Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Sales & Marketing (Social Media Campaign), Client Handling, Strategic Planning.
