Peaceful mornings on the Isle of Skye 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👌🏻

As the sun began to rise the sky filled with colour and added to the magic of this peaceful morning by Loch Fada.

With the stoic Old Man of Storr silhouette it was a great way to start my day on a trip last year.

পানী পিঠা আৰু আলু ভাজি🌿
Riceflour pancakes (Pani pitha) with aloo bhaji for breakfast.

Pitha recipe : Mix together riceflour and water to make a batter with flowing consistency. Add salt, chopped onions, chillies, coriander and mix. Drizzle little oil on a pan, add a laddle full of batter and cook well on both sides. Serve hot with some sabji or chutney.
