Technical Background: A Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged).

2. Core Technical & Professional Skills
Concrete & Construction Knowledge: Eagerness to learn technical specifications, mix designs, and applications of concrete/admixtures.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage with real estate developers, contractors, engineers, and architects.
Digital & Analytical Literacy: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for compiling market data and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

3. Personal Attributes & Field Capabilities
Field-Ready: Willingness to conduct extensive market visits, travel frequently, and conduct field surveys to stimulate customer conversion.
Motorcycle Riding: Ability and passion for riding a motorcycle, usually required with a valid driving license.
Drive & Resilience: A target-driven mindset, capability to work under pressure, and ability to meet strict delivery and collection deadlines.

4. Key Responsibilities to Include in Job Postings
