48 Hours of Silence | Solo Bushcraft in Deep Snowfall
Solo Two Days Winter Bushcraft Camp
​"Two days solo bushcraft trip in the winter forest. It was a cold trip with temperatures down to -15°C (5°F) during the day and even colder at night. I built a simple shelter using a tarp (Lavvu Poncho) and spruce branches for insulation against the snow.
​During the trip, I focused on some core bushcraft skills:
​Shelter building: Setting up the Lavvu Poncho and preparing a bed of spruce boughs.
​Fire making: Using natural tinder and a fire steel to get a warm fire going in the snow.
​Cooking: Preparing meals over the open fire, including bacon and a hot drink made from Chaga and cranberries.
​Woodworking: Carving a wooden spoon from a piece of birch wood using an axe and a knife.
​It was a peaceful and challenging experience, testing gear and skills in sub-zero temperatures. Thanks for watching!"
