That’s all it took! 🚀 5 MONTHS to complete the refurbishment !🏡
✔️ Full rip-out, back to the bricks
✔️ Side extension added
✔️ Gable wall reconstructed
✔️ Loft floor lowered
✔️ New stairs installed
✔️Partitioning from scratch
From a 3-BED HOUSE to 6-BED SHARED ACCOMMODATION 🏡:
🔷 5 studios (each with their own kitchenette and bathroom)
🔷 1 ensuite (a room with its own bathroom)
The property is currently being staged, with the furniture and the decoration coming together. One room has already been let, and the property should be fully tenanted within 5 weeks.
