This Real Cost of Renovation Report provides data-driven, evidence-based cost information and practical insights on the renovation of a selection of 20 vacant and derelict properties across the country to assist Government, State agencies, and potential homeowners and investors to understand both the key challenges and opportunities in utilising existing properties for residential use.

EurBE provides an opportunity for suitably qualified professionals from across Europe to achieve European recognition and accreditation alongside their national qualification. The professional designation “EurBE” is awarded to candidates who meet the experience and competence requirements of the AEEBC. Applicants are assessed firstly by an AEEBC National Monitoring Committee in the country in which they operate and secondly by an AEEBC European Monitoring Committee.

EurBE is a European recognition scheme for construction and building professionals.

AEEBC takes a natural interest in the development of the Building Expert profession.

In discussing and working with Professional Development AEEBC tries to further unify the building professions of Europe. The aim is not harmonization but a common platform of understanding.

Some of the AEEBC Executive Team recently met in Dublin and spent a few minutes explaining what the AEEBC is all about.
