We are happy to share with you some work in progress for the design of our entrance halls in our project Motown Trône designed by architect Hans Kollhoff.
The entrances and corridors are being designed in the spirit of traditional Hausmanian - Parisian houses.

Include your neighbours!

At Motown we believe that including the neighbours of our projects in its conception is not only a matter of respect but also a prerequisite to make projects that are beautiful but also accepted and liked by the broader neighbourhood. We organize information evenings to present the project and have open discussions with the neighbours.

Giving them the opportunity to express their ideas and integrating them as much as possible into the design.

We are happy to announce that we have received the building permit for our project Motown Trone in the European quarter in Brussels. This beautiful project is designed by the famous Berlin architect Hans Kollhoff and landscape architect Landscape Design.

The project draws his inspiration from the Great European Tradition as can be seen for instance in the Rue de Rivoli in Paris.

We are happy to announce that we have a final building permit for our project Motown Garden in Niel.

After winning a developer’s competition and actively collaborating with the authorities, we are proud to announce that we have a building permit for 86 apartments in a beautiful park designed by Burogroen. The 7 buildings were designed by architects Hama and Rapp+Rapp.
