Global capital is returning, but selectively. What does this mean for Belgium? 🇧🇪

Our latest Global Capital Flows report shows investment volumes recovering globally, with EMEA remaining a key destination for cross-border capital.

Our Research Lead, Benjamin Devie, comments: "In Belgium, the same trend is emerging: investors remain active, but increasingly focused on assets offering strong fundamentals, resilient income and long-term value creation.

The recent €100 million sale of The Muse in Brussels is a good illustration of this dynamic, highlighting continued demand for prime, ESG-compliant assets with secure lease structures."
