Close to all means of transportation, restaurants and convenience stores, the house is made out of 10 rooms in a secured complex with concierge and cleaner once a week for common areas.
Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

The 3 houses are indicated in colors, they communicate with each other through the courtyard.
They are located near all sorts of facilities: restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, snacks, a laundromat, bars/cafés, supermarkets...
And most importantly they are conveniently placed: there is a bus stop right around the corner, the tram and metro are only 2 blocks away and the train station is about 10minutes by foot!
And a little bonus: there is a beautiful parc nearby as well!
